The Instructional Coaching certificate program is meant to assist people who are responsible for mentoring or coaching adults in an educational setting in developing and honing the mindsets, skills, and tools that coaches use to guide others' learning. The Instructional Coaching certification course is for teacher mentors, coaches, and instructional leaders who want to learn how to build purposeful, collaborative, and flexible instructional coaching experiences for new and seasoned teachers. Participants will have access to interesting and diverse online materials, tools, and real-world practice activities that introduce, guide, and deepen work around the main coaching components over the course of four modules. Participants will meet synchronously with a coaching specialist during the training to establish community with other coaches and practice coaching skills collectively. The curriculum culminates in a self-directed supervised inquiry project in which participants present their findings.
